Terms of Service
Be aware that this is subject to change at any point of timeFailure to abide by these terms of service will result in being blocked and blacklisted
I. General
a. As the artist, I have the right to decline the commission if I am uncomfortable with the request.
b. Anything requested that does not abide by my boundaries will result in an immediate decline and block.
c. As the client/commissioner, you have a right to reasonably critique while it is being worked on (i.e. Pose Changes/Tweaks, Design Details, Expression Changes, etc.) Updates will be given periodically in order to ensure quality
d. I do not have deadlines nor will I follow an imposed deadline.
II. Terms of Use
a. My commissions are only meant for personal use. I do not consent for them to be used in Non-Fungible Tokens(NFT), A.I., to be claimed as your own art, commercial use.
b. Commissioned art can be used for yourself, your own creations/ideas/concepts, as well as it can be a gift to others
c. I will request to be able to share the commissioned art on my own social media, along with tagging the client and adding it to my portfolio. You can decline this
III. Payment Terms
a. Payments are primarily done and preferred in Paypal
b. In order to confirm a commission, a partial or full payment will be required
c. Full payment is required to obtain the final product of a commission
d. Prices are listed in United States Dollars(USD $), and will vary based on the complexity of the commission
e. I do not do refunds on completed works, however in the event I am unable to complete a commission there will be a full refund based on what has already been paid.
f. Personal information shared between client and artist will remain between the client and artist. Leaking of any information without consent will be considered doxxing.
IV. Boundaries
a. Anything not explicitly listed can be communicated about and requested. I still hold the right to decline if I am not comfortable with the request.
